We always have a returning collab for MASH, we’ve made great friends with breweries over the years and keep chatting about brewing together again. This marks our 3rd collab with Finback here in Barcelona. Last time we brewed a thick pastry stout, but now we’re going back to our roots: a big, pillowy pale DIPA. It’s our shared love letter to body and hop expression in IPA styles dank and fruity, with notes of strawberry, red berries, melon, tropical fruit, and a little bag of weed funk — like a rock concert with a bowl of fruit salad.

Hops: Strata (T90 & CGX), Columbus (T90 & CGX), Mosaic (T90 & Cryo)

Can. A very mild haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light soft pale malts, tiny bit of natural grain underneath a light creamy sweetness. Soft cooling pine. Mild savoury bitterness. Soft juicy citrus, traces of stone fruits and tropical fruits. Mild hop spice before an airy and mildly dry finish. Presentable, drinkable, enjoyable. Won't live long in the memory.

Thanks fonefan! Hazy golden colour with a smallw white foamy head. Aroma is nectar, mild nutty and sweet malty tones with some spruce shoots and citrus. Flavour is citrus, pineapple, some spruceshoots with mild sweet malty tones as well.

From tap at De Gezelligheid, Zwolle. Fruity hop, lots of orange, light malt, tropical notes, mango, some grapefruit. Medium bitter and light sweet. Nice and fruity, bittersweetish. Very good.

440ml can. Hazy golden with a thin white head. Aroma of ripe passionfruit, dank, grapefruit. Taste of ripe passionfruit, grapefruit, dank weed, berry fruits, sweet malts, low bitterness. Medium bodied.

Canned 440ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Unclear orange coloured, medium sized off-white head, sweet fruity and whiff of onion in the nose. Sweet malty, fruity, light tropical fruits, alcohol and mild grapefruit with rather sweet finish. Not so easy to drink.
