On tap at The Arsenal, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic farmhouse notes upfront, with some gentle floral dry hopping. Flavour is much more expressive on the floral dry hops, followed by rustic farmhouse yeast and a crisp crackery malt base. Crisp, hoppy and bone dry. Very good.

Tap at Bluejacket. Unfiltered cloudy tan-yellow body. Bold, juicy hops. big galaxy notes. The farmhouse/saison yeast is there, but kept well in check by the hops. Remarkable balance. World Class.

On tap at the brewery pours a clear gold with a ring of white head. Nose is solid, the yeast is definitely there with some papaya, white pepper and dough, but more interesting tropical fruit and some citrus pith. Flavor definitely has some white grapefruit/pith thing without being abrasive, payaya and guava, soap, lemon, distinct white grape. Dry finish, lightly soapy.
