500ml bottle. Howdo! There’s something a little wrong but oh so right about the name and ’Bullseye’ inspired artwork for this beer. Like I’ve stepped back in time 20 years to a land of proper pubs, where men played darts and drank proper pints of bitter. And this is a proper pint. Rusty brown in colour, with some great malts at the forefront, the Goldings hops combining to give a nice rounded character. Cheers mon.

Brown 500ml bottle: best before May 2013. Poured into an Abbot Ale glass tankard on 3rd Nov 2012 during a random tasting session. Lovely amber body, clear and bright: on top a huge snow white foaming head. The nose and taste were malts first and foremost with hop notes and bitterness arriving later in the flavours. The malts are bread/biscuity in nature the hops fruity as well as bittering. Nice balance and blend of flavours: could easily had another, and another, and another.
