[5/2/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 4th session. Hazy golden. Great funky and fruity aroma with oak and a bit of vinegar. Sour flavor, funky, fruity, with oak. Great stuff.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is crisp hoppy. Bitter and grapefruity. Citric, fruity, tart and lingering fruity. Crisp and smooth citric fruity finish.

Draught @ CBC 2015. Pours slightly hazy dark yellow with a creamy white head, lacing. Aroma of light sourness, yeast, tart fruit, apricot, peach, wood. Flavor is light sour, yeast, tart fruity. Medium body, average carbonation, acidic finish. 020515

Tap at CBC 2015. Hazy pour with a ring off white head. Aroma of tart fruit, peach, apricot and citrus. Flavour is over moderate sour. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Draught sample at CBC 2015. Hazy, amber orange with a bubbly, white head. Fruity aroma with tart fruits, lemons, pale malts, earthy notes. Taste is sour. Medium body with a soft carbonation. Finishes bone dry with acidic fruits and berries. Nice Sour.

Fat på Beer-Ditch Malmö. Smak och doft av äpple, vinäger, jäst, trä, jord, hö, karamell med toner av russin och röda bär. Vinnös, rund och len, lätt syrlighet och sötma, välbalanserad.

(Tap @ Linköping Beer Expo 2015) Pours hazy dark amber with bubbly white head. Nose woody red apple cider, port like overtones, flavour is lean cider vinegar acidic, earthy oak, whisky almost. Finish is pretty dry and mixed acetic/lactic tart, raspberry maybe. Soft dry earthy bitterness. Lightish body. Good tart and woody, fruity sour. Will try again.

Linköping Beer Expo 2015. A bit hazy amber with a small head. Aroma of tart fruit, some light berries, funk. wood and some hay. Similar taste. The finish was tart. A good one.

Tap@Brewdog Clapham, London - fuzzy copper pour with with thin white head. Aroma and taste is tart and zesty orchard fruits, apple, prominent lemon, light grass, some berry fruits, tart finish. Very nice.
