Cask, handpump at The Cambridge Blue 27-03-10 Pours gold, in fact maybe more light amber, good clarity with a thin white head. Some citrus and caramel combine along with a little tobacco possibly? Its a fine enough beer and quite enjoyable but not as god as the Brass Monkey-Son of Silverback which really was something. A6 A5 F7 P3 Ov13 3.4

Cask at the Cask Pub & Kitchen on 16th March 2010. Gold with small white head. Biscuit malt with a mainly malty kick and overtone. Notes of grassy hop briefly penetrate. Becomes bitter with a strongly bitter finish noted particularly in the back of the mouth. This beer certainly grew on me during the tasting!
