Collaborating on this project meant diving deep into the details with fellow haze lovers, comparing processes, sharing techniques, and finding common ground to create something greater than the sum of its parts.
Brewed first at Omnipollo’s Church Brewery in Stockholm, each brewery also brewed their own version at home. Ours stays true to the original: a wheat-heavy pale grist, heavily dry-hopped with Citra, Simcoe & Nelson Sauvin (30 g/l) and a touch of Hop Kief® cryogenic liquid for extra oomph. Expect a tropical-forward, softly bitter DIPA born from shared curiosity, creativity, and a hint of Omnipollo’s magic.

Can from Eltham Wines. Pineapple,mango &sweet citrus aromas. Peach,mango,grapefruit&orange sherbet flavours which segues rathernicely into the aftertaste,heavy hoppy linger

Panda thanks to Cloin. A light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head that doesn't last. Light smooth palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light and smooth pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Soft pine into a mild hop spice. Soft but fairly bright generic citrus, traces of citrus peel and stone fruits. Light and hop spicy finish. Slips down very easy but doesn't have enough hop fruit intensity to reach top division for me.

Stingy hoppy, juicy tropical fruity and slightly dank with hints of floral notes and herbal grassy vibes, hints of chalkiness and green bitterness. Pretty good, a lot softer than the Omnipollo version

440ml can. Murky almost opaque golden with a white head. Aroma of ripe tropical fruits, mango, papaya, dank, vinous. Taste is sweet and juicy, tropical, mango, guava, pineapple, quite dank, herbal, citrus, pithy grapefruit, vinous and gooseberry notes at the end, pithy hop bitterness. Medium-full bodied, smooth.
Really good, much better than Omnipollo's version!

Murky orange topped with a just off white head that thins to a swirl.
Nose is bitter tropicana, dank chimes, pine needle, grass, grapefruit.
Taste comprises raw pineapple, grass, weed, dank chimes, papaya, mandarin, grapefruit, pine resin, light putty.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with lightly resinous come danko hop bitterness allied to a mellow boost.
Solid punchy DIPA.

440ml can at Benny’s Place, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy, light tropical citrus. The flavour is over moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, super fresh, rich, juicy mango, light spicy, light floral, big hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter sweet finish. Over medium bodied with average carbonation.
