Bottle 375ml. @ CBC 2015 [ Blue Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Mad Young Lambic BA Sherry Amontillado ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, funky, barnyard, apple - green apples, wood, grapes - berries. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, funky, fruity - berries - grapes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20150501]

37.5 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild spiced, toasted and slight fruity. Dry and slight malty, citric. Dry and slight wooden, herbal dry finish.

Tap at CBC 2015. Pours hazy azy orange with a ring white head. Aroma of wood, fruits and strange alcohol from barrel. Light sweet and sour. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.
