Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours light, light gold with a foamy white head. Light white grape/grapefruit aroma. Odd mix. Med body or so. Flavor is rather zesty, with some salt, and a bit of light, maybe tropical, fruit. And a touch of wood astringency. Surprisingly sour - expected at front, but for me it’s in the backend. A lot of flavor for low ABV.

The beer is yellow with a touch of pale tan. Fairly cloudy. White head. Good amount of fine bubbles, recedes to not much after a minute. The aroma is lemons, oak, orange, guava, stone fruit, kiwi and yogurty lactic sourness. Tart tropical goodness. Fairly juicy, particularly as it warms some. Taste is moderately sour. Nice doughy wheat sweetness base. Creamy. Lemons and tropical fruit. Some firm brine in the finish. Light feel, refreshing. Solid beer.

22oz bottle I picked up at Pipetown Traders in DC. Pours a hazy, straw yellow with some foamy, white head. Nose is very nice, some straw, lemon, passion fruit, light soap, guava. Flavor is so solid, passion fruit, guava, melon, straw, lemongrass. Tart finish. Really nice.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden, large white fluffy head, slow to dissipate with nice clumpy lacing. Aroma is lightly dank passionfruit, citrus, lemon, grapefruit, sea air, hints of dust. Flavor is immediately fruity and a bit dank, followed by quite light tartness and a salty finish. Definitely noticeable oak; which is not always the case with oak aged goses. Hugely drinkable. Winner.

Pours pale yellow into a snifter. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving sheet lacing. Lemon drop and mint aromas. Medium bodied with sourdough upfront turning to quite tart lemon and grapefruit before the lasting meringue finish.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Nice lacing. Aromas of lemon zest, other than that aroma is a bit muted. Tastes of big juicy tart lemons, light salt. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Tasty and refreshing.

Bottle thanks to Jeff. Pours a yellow color with a medium white head. A big fresh hop nose, some lemons and funk. Brett-like flavors, oranges, dusty sweet malty base. Clean and tasty. Sharp at times.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled in 9/2015. Pours moderately hazy bright golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty foamy lacing clings around the glass. Aromas of big tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, pineapple, peach, melon, guava, papaya, wheat, cracker, sea salt, light pepper/oak, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great complexity and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, citrus/tropical hops, lemon/salt, and moderate pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, pineapple, peach, melon, guava, papaya, wheat, cracker, sea salt, pepper, light oak/vanilla, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish. Light-moderate tartness/spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, lime, grapefruit, pineapple, peach, mango, guava, papaya, wheat, cracker, pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, citrus/tropical hops, lemon/salt, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Good amount of dryness from acidity, spice, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, fairly acidic/saline, and lightly creamy/bready/sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.8%. Overall this is an awesome dry hopped gose style. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, citrus/tropical hops, lemon/salt, and moderate pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink with the balanced acidity. A highly enjoyable offering.
