From a botle. Pours a cloudy gold with a fine off white head. Aroma of dank hay. Flavors are moderately sour lemon and other citrus. Finish is crisp and slightly tart.

Sampled at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow color, with a big, khaki head and tons of lacing. Lovely aroma of pineapple and mango, with some lemon peel, light yogurt, and honey. Sweet at first, with a mild sour note, and almost no bitterness. Light to medium body, with a creamy, smooth feel. Very nice, with a bright hoppy aroma, and mellow, pleasant flavor.

Crisp, yet slightly hazy copper and light bronze coloured body with a thick, nice four centimetre tall rather soapy off-white head. Aroma of sour funk, coriander seed, light yeast, a lot of citrus and soured notes and finishing off with a faint bit of tropical fruits. Light-bodied; Assertive effervescence; Strong grassy and very herbal flavours with a bit of perfume and sour funk all noticeable right off the back. Aftertaste shows a more refined bubbly sour and funk flavour with yeast notes around, hints of bread, a little coriander seed freshness, some sugars from lactose or caster sugar and ending with a hoppy flavour, but not overtly bitter or pungent, just noticeable, and in a good way. Overall, a nice and super-refined beer with a lot of character, some yeast and funky flavours that show well and lead to a lot of complexities, especially near the end, but some sweetness and no real pungencies or anything to detract. I sampled this wax-sealed 37,5 cL bottle purchased from Pear Delicatessen in Seattle, Washington [state] on 18-Feburary-2016 for US$7,20 sampled at home in [the real] Washington across the country on 03-June-2017 a few hours before leaving back for Colorado!

Goes down very easy, less hoppy than I'd expect.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is huge on the lacto, with yogurt and tropical fruits (especially kiwi). Flavour is big on the lacto upfront, followed by the spicy coriander and kiwi-like tropical fruits. A lacto bomb, accentuated nicely by the coriander. Very nice stuff.

12.7 oz wax-dipped bottle, thanks to StefanSD for his FBW contest. Aroma is lemony, seedy berry jam, dusty, cotton candy, latex. Pours hazy orange with a medium off-white head with great retention. Taste is sour (7/10 on a sour scale) and acidic with all aroma deScriptors (notable the seedy berry jam and lemon), medium bitterness, dry. Somewhat foamy carbonation, thin-bodied. Nice beer.
