Aroma has delicate citrus and herbs which envelope each other. Slightly opaque gold. Thin foamy white head. Flavourwise it's herbal with a citrus edge and underlying light oats. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Polite.

Really solid. Clean, nice pale biscuit, fresh bread, mild bitter hay. Light bodied, good balance. Crisp finish.

Keg at CBJ. Clear gold beer, good white head. Airy palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light German style malts, lightly nutty and a mild perfumey sweetness. Mild pine and a touch of citrus. Light and semi dry finish. Decent.

Keg at Craft Beer Junction, 29/01/2026.
Light golden blonde topped with a lasting white head.
Nose is pale malts, light floral notes, bready tones, herb.
Taste comprises pale and bready malts, grass, grains, modest hop presence.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Not bad ... crisp and clean.
