Perfectly clear light ruby and deep amber tinted body with the faintest note of a head, barely covering the top, all nice and tan, at least. Aroma of pure soured cherries with a hint of grass, hay and light caramel malt notes with little else noticeable. Light to perhaps, Medium-bodied; Strong funky cherry flavour up front with a nice dry and almost herbal kick, but some more earthy cherry notes come through that aren't on the sour side of things, just pure and fruity, but this all ends with a dash of white pepper and dry herbal funk. Aftertaste is robust, relatively dry with the slightest bit of soured or tart fruit, but the cherries hit on again, an earthy plane instead of a soured one, which makes this more dry and perhaps a touch more complex. Overall, an interesting beer that is a good fruit beer, but not a lambic at all and not so great for the style, but good to try and I'm glad I did it, especially after being there this morning! I sampled this ten ounce pour on draught at HopCat in Lincoln, Nebraska on 10-October-2019 for US$7,50.

On tap at Farnham House, pours a murky dark orange with a tiny head. Aroma is quite perfumey, with lots of glue. Flavour is bit more pleasant, with sweet cherries, glue and light wood. I don't know what they were going for, but this is all sorts of fucked up. Tastes better than it smells, but this is wholly unconvincing.

Draft at the source. Aroma is light lambic/ funky ass yeast with cherry juice. The flavor is that of a sour Kriek. The cherry is thought the center with a very sour/ vinegar finish. Too much tannic and vinegar hints for my palate.
