Our final release celebrating a decade of Faith, and we caved to some pressure from Brian and let him make our favourite Hazy Pale into his favourite beer style, a Black IPA!

Dark Faith is still jam packed full of Citra and Mosaic for those classic juicy tropical notes that Faith is known for and maintains a familiar full texture courtesy of customary oats and wheat. But we’ve also added in some Crystal, Chocolate Malt and Carafa Spezial 3 to bring a balanced depth to the brew, without introducing too much sweetness.

Close your eyes, take a sip, and think of Faith.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A cola brown coloured pour with a lively khaki head . Aroma is singed pine, resin, liquorice, tar, spicy pine, earthy brown bread. Flavour is composed of burnt Douglas fir, resin, brown bread, spicy bark, pine, light chalky finish. Palate is super crisp, light resinous hop, highish carbonation. Solid CDA.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 04/01/2026.
Lighter shade of black topped with a lasting khaki head.
Nose is chewy roast, dried red berries, cocoa powder, pine resin, ashen nip.
Taste comprises cola cubes, earthy tones, pine resin, burnt pineapple, charr, earthy hop bite.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with earthy hop bitterness.
Solid old skool CDA ... good to see that NM can still knock it out of the park.

The Wari in Brazil ate their dead as a way of dealing with grief. This Dark Faith alternative is black-brown in colour with its dark malts impacting for a slightly skunky associated pineyness within this style, aroma and taste, but it's not detrimental though, and is still crisp for its strength and flavoursome regardless.
