This is a rich, dessert-style stout with smooth chocolate notes, roasted malt depth, and a hint of sweet marshmallow. Perfectly creamy and indulgent, it’s like drinking a cozy cup of hot chocolate in beer form.

Dark brown. Thin head. The aroma isn't all that promising, but on the palate the adjunct elements come through reasonably well. It's the cheap hot chocolate with marshmallows, but it's there. It's not in the top 100 of imperial stouts I've had so far in 2026, though, so make of that what you will. Still not a style Field House has figured out. Whatever you think needs to go into this beer, put double.

Black, light brown head. Very sweet nose of chocolate, vanilla & lactose. Similar subdued palate. Vaguely acetic with dark fruit notes. For abv much thinner than expected

473ml can. Pours an opaque black with a small, foamy, short lived, tan head that leaves spotty lacing. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, cocoa, vanilla and faint marshmallow. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, vanilla, cocoa, oats and faint marshmallow in a dry, mild bitter, warming booze finish. Full body with a thick, creamy, smooth texture and soft carbonation. A tasty treat.

473 ml can. Pours a very dark brown with full foamy tan head. Aromas of chocolate icing, vanilla and slick roasted malts. Flavors of sugary stale marshmallow, cocoa powder, and roasted malts. Dry almost bitter finish. It seems attempting to get the marshmallow flavors didn’t work out too well. Interesting attempt though.

473mL can, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has light cinnamon, dark sugars, and cocoa—pretty simple. Flavour is dry, with light cinnamon, marshmallow, and dry cocoa. Fermented out almost completely. Simple but pleasant. Okay.
