The Nine Realms Ale Series is a limited-edition collection celebrating Brew York’s nine-year journey, featuring unique beers inspired by the Nine Realms of Norse mythology.
In collaboration with Haand Bryggeriet and Kveik Yeastery, we bring you Dragon’s Bite, a Kveik IPA inspired by Niflheim — a primordial world of ice and mist. Bursting with flavours of grape and melon, this vibrant beer showcases the juicy, tropical character and expressive fermentation typical of Norwegian Kveik yeast.

hazy yellow, smooth offwhite head
Quite fruity aroma, not that heavy, rounded malts, not crisp, fruits are citrus and lemongrass.
flavor is quite herbal, slightly citrussy, lemongrass, bitter herbal, not much malts. a bitter herbal ipa with citrus notes. Not really very interesting and surely not as a decently powered ipa. Could be the yeast, i don't know.

Hazy gold with a bubbly white head and a juicy fruit and wine aroma. Fresh and sharp, gooseberry and grape combination, a little hop bite, tartness and a dry finish.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 20/01/2026.
Murky orange amber topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is bitter orange, grass, citric tinged straw, light breads.
Taste comprises orange zest, grass, pine nip, faint soapy edge, citric tinged straw.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spiked with grassy hop bitterness.
So so ... getting a little soapy edge on this one.

Can. Near clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, a mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, sweet enough. Soft cooling pine leads a juicy array of smooth but rich and slightly tangy hop fruits. Guava, trace of passion fruit, some grape. No hop spice or skunk here, a very clean fruity hop array. Light finish. Interesting brew.
