300ml bottle from Fisherman's Fine Wines, Sydney Fishmarket. Cloudy white colour, no head and aroma of rice, fruit, earth. Taste is sweet, rice, fruity, melon, coconut milk, with some earthy booze. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying chalky boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.

Drank cold. The consistency of the liquid is opalescent. The color is cloudy yellow. The olfactory intensity is normal, and the olfactory persistence is sufficient. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma recognizes fruity, grassy and condensed milk. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas traces mushroom and almond. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of wobbly sake. The body is full. The taste intensity is high and the taste persistence is good. On the palate, the sense of sweetness, strong body and intense aftertaste prevail. The taste is pleasant. The final mouth sensations are easy to drink. The aroma in the mouth bears signs of cooked rice, condensed milk, fruit and almond.

240ml bottle, 10C. (Don’t know anything about sake, never tried this sort before.) Pours milkily, like rice-rinsing water. Aroma of rice, red berries, milk sourness, coconut water. Still. Slightly grainy mouthfeel. Sweet like dessert sticky rice, pandan, young coconut and coconut vinegar. Alcohol is just noticeable throughout and becomes a little more prominent at the end, curtailing the sweetness.
