On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a cloudy slightly gold-tinted yellow with a small white head. Nose is very crisp, full of crispy pear skins. Flavour brings out fresh juicy pears, some of the skin, and some tropical fruitiness on the finish. Simple but clean. Not a whole lot to this, but it's alright for what it is. Okay.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Hazy blond color. Floral and fruity aroma, mild. Sweet bubblegum flavor, more banana esters than pear, and very low bitterness.
Disappointing.

Draft - Light perfumy Belgian yeast and some sweet pear. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Sweet banana yeasts, pepper and perfume. Sweet and perfumy with pear is a it too sweet for me.

Cloudy light-golden colour with very active carbonation that creates a big warm creamy cap, great retention and some soft-foam lacing. Pear aromas with soft yeast and wheat. The pear in the taste is even milder with the typical Unibroue Belgian Ale yeast and light wheat in the finish. Citrus notes. Like all the last Ephemeres, wish the flavour had a little more punch. Still, quite refreshing for summer.

Bouteille 750ml. Couleur or voilée, mousse blanche onctueuse. Arôme de poire mûre, malt, levure. Les mêmes éléments se retrouvent au goût. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.
