Corked and caged 750ml bottle. Hazy golden pour, big, pillowy white head. Aroma is very fruity, some apple, and pear, hints of citrus peel. Very yeasty, and big notes of what I’m guessing is malted wheat. Honestly it tastes of their Blanche de chambly wit with some pear added.

Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow to golden with white head. Aroma is fruity pears. Taste is soft pears very mellow with some grain. Refreshing and not overly fruity.

Characteristic Unibroue yeast. Coriander, some wheat. Sweet beer, but i am not getting pear at all. Some orange. Thick palate.

Huge notes of pear. Like pear juice meets beer. Real smooth. Yeasty nose.

This one poured a cloudy light yellow colour with a fizzy head. To the nose there are scents of banana bread, bubble gum, nutmeg, citrus and coconut. First swig was quite mellow in the carbonation dept. Flavours of Bartlett pears, apples cinnamon, nutmeg, bubble gum and vanilla. Finish is slightly sweet.

Light and hazy. Pear is subtle, light malts. Really understated beer. Needs more pear.

Light pear in this. Golden pour with decent head. Light mash malt - sweet light finish. Tap at Barley Bros Stadium.
