We close out another Patron’s Project in decadent style. Aurum Electum is the final beer with Billelis and takes the phrase Gold Edition very seriously.

This a richly textured and deeply hoppy 7.5 % DDH IPA. From a luxurious mix of New Zealand favourites Nelson Sauvin and Motueka, and an addition of fruit-boosting Phantasm, Aurum Electum is shining with white grape, lime and tropical fruit flavours.

Made in collaboration with Minessota’s Forager Brewery, to celebrate a recent visit for Dark & Wild, there’s nothing understated about this final release.

440ml can. Murky yellow with a white head. Aroma of lime and grapefruit, guava, papaya. Taste is very juicy, tropical, guava, mango, zesty lime, pithy grapefruit, pretty intense hopping. Medium bodied.

My Patron Saint Project Beer#8, today celebrating Anthony The Abbot, Patron Saint of Grave Diggers through a Patrons Project brew. Hazy pale golden coloured with a creamy texture and mild but flavourful citrus based pine and tropical fruitiness. The sum of these parts, and being very crisp disguises its strength in taste.
