Bottle from Leftfield. It pours clear deep/dark brown with a small bubbly khaki head. The aroma is sweet - sour, tangy, vinous, loads of dried fruits and berries, brown bread, vanilla, bourbon soaked oak, cacao nibs, banana bread and fruit cake. The taste is initially dry and wood, toasted oak, bourbon soaked barrel, tangy, vinous, raisin, sultana, cherry, date, dried frig, raspberry, quite jammy, restrained alcohol, touch of tannin, cacao nibs and some fizzy cola bottles. Finish is dry and tannic. Medium -fulsome body and fine carbonation. Nice depth of flavour; very fruity and vinous. Interesting, but not my favourite of the series.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 13/06/2026.
Deep mahogany brown topped with a cap formed of thinly knit beige bubbles that veer to the edge over time.
Nose is fruit slice, dates, herb, vinous, barrel esters, spice.
Taste comprises stewed fruits, herb, dates, tangy, mellow barrel notes, vinous, caramel.
Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a kiss of alcohol.
Tidy sipper.

Bottle. Near clear brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Palate feels thin and a tad dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin bodied malts, plenty of tangy caramel, not that sweet, a touch of malt cream. Thin wet wood into tangy ripe fruits soaked in bourbon. The ending is approaching sour with its tang. A bit thin and tangy then. A better malt base would hold this together a lot better.
