Draught, taster. Sampled on the 28/10/2018 at "Barcelona Beer Company Taproom", Barcelona (Spain). Pitch black colour with a medium tan head. Aroma is roasted malts, burnt caramel, roasted pork and some cola. Taste is intense roasted malts with tones of licorice and burnt caramel. Finish is slightly sweet with a roasty aftertaste. Next one please!

Tap at their taproom. Very dark brown with big dark beige head. Lots of roast, soft sweet malts and toffee, maybe a little orange but not sure if I’d picked that up if I didn’t expect it. Flowery, soft chocolate, ash, dried cherries. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with slick feel. OK.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours pitch black, topped with a creamy and decently sized beige head. Roasted nose with some chocolate and vanilla. A bit nutty. Bittery roastiness, slightly coffee like. Lasting aftertaste. Missed the promised orange presence. Not a bad one, but not that special.
