Bottle from the Plzeň central square stand, shared at the partay. Golden body. Honey, caramel, citric and oak barrel notes in the aroma. Soft, sweetish taste, woody notes, light creamy vanilla, whiskey, mild funk, delectable really. Another fantastic Včelovina!

Pours a clear, golden blonde. Scent is fairly mild. Some honey ( pretty generic, but not at all bad) , smooth, hints of oak (wouldn't guess whisky when sampled blindly) . Taste is full, smooth sweetness. Generic, but very enjoyable honey character. Whiskey remains very hidden to me, not as great as the Rum BA. Just a really enjoyable 'base' mead in terms of taste, perhaps not worth it's extra bucks to me. Try the Rum instead ! Mild alcoholic kick in the back though, proving this is not just basic, but never is unpleasant.
