Seit Erfindung der künstlichen Kühlung durch Carl von Linde in den 1870er Jahren kühlen Brauereien ihre Biere in Kühlhäusern oder Kühltanks. Das Graser Felsenkellerbier wird heute wie vor Jahrhunderten ohne künstliche Kühlung in den historischen Felsenkellern unter der Brauerei gelagert. Bei einer konstanten Umgebungstemperatur von 8 bis 10°C reift es gleichmäßig bei gemäßigter Kälte, was für einen besonders ausgewogenen, feinen und malzaromatischen Geschmack sorgt.

Cask at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Clear paleish amber, firm, creamy head. Floral honey and doughy grain up front. Sweet with medium body and velvetty soft mouthfeel. Bread, honey and grass. Mildly bitter finish.

Cloudy golden, low carbonation, offwhite cream.
Dusty grain nose. Dry fruity, juicy body, low carbonation, stonefruit, franconian spice. Quaffable, but it felt like they needed to up the carbonation on the tap a bit.

Tap at Wirtshaus Graser. Deep golden, slightly hazy. Green, hoppy, fresh, clean. Tad too flat, could use more body or more bizzzz. Juicy, soft, light. Drinkable.
