Boulevard Dry Stout returns as a year-round offering, inspired by the classic Irish dry stouts that have long defined the style. Pouring a deep ebony with a creamy tan head, this timeless recipe delivers roasty malt aromas and flavors of dark chocolate, espresso, balanced by a crisp, dry finish. Dry Stout is smooth and approachable, with a light to medium body and subtle bitterness that invites another sip. Whether you’re a longtime fan or new to the style, Boulevard Dry Stout is a comforting, true-to-form revival of a beloved favorite.

16 oz nitro can that was purchased at Gomers in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is an opaque black brown with a small soap foamy light tan head, really doesn't cascade and build up like most nitro cans - despite my aggressive pour. The aroma is soft roast, a hint of coffee, maybe some pine lurking behind. The taste is a soft caramel malt with coffee roast and finishes with a hint of mineral. The palate is medium to light bodied, low silky nitro body and a somewhat watery finish. Really not as full of character as I remember the original stout. I am almost thinking something wasn’t working with the nitro cartridge on this four pack.
