A barrel aged wild ale aged on a lot of farm fresh strawberries. Our favorite beer of the year, Amour has big fruit aroma, slight funk and slight barrel transitioning into a very tart strawberry pulp flavor. Lotsa flavor, but very accessible and surprisingly easy drinking.

At source: pale with white head. Aroma is light funk and delicate strawberry. Taste is delightful, subtle strawberry with the background of light funkiness. Excellent.

Bottle shared at Bottle Share With Dan. Fairly hazy golden with no real head. Aroma of tart strawberry, corn, lactic notes and funk. Flavour is heavy sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at RBWG ’15 Grand Tasting @ Coppertail, thanks to whomever shared this one, 21/02/15. Hazed orange with a moderately appointed off white covering. Nose is funky, yeast notes, apricot, straw, pissy citrics, light wood, red berry. Taste comprises tarte berry fruit, apricot, citric tinged straw, red grape, wood must, light acidity, apple core. Medium bodied, fein carbonation, semi drying close with gentle puckerings. Solid wooded sour.

Bottle shared during the RBWG 2015 Grand Tasting. Cheers! Pours hazy gold with a foamy, white head. Slightly acetic nose, some pale bread, lemon, light herbs. Light sweet flavor, pretty clean, with sturdy acidity, dry hay, citrus, mellow funk. Light bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Cleansing and fairly sharp to finish, with good tart lemon character. Solid overall.

Bottle at Coppertail Brewing during the RBWG 2015 Grand Tasting. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of hay, floral, funk. Tastes of tart notes, citrus, floral, light funk. Medium-light body with a dry finish.
