Draft at the brewery taproom during RBWG 2015. Pours clear yellow with a creamy white head. Nice lactic tang in this one, with notes of lemon and mild hay providing slight bitterness. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Fairly clean to finish, with more biting lemon. Nice.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a nearly clear deep gold body that has copper hues and supports a tiny white head. The aroma offers up light malt nuanced grapefruit and lime and a bit of apple like esters. The taste delivers big full flavor notes of tart grapefruit, pineapple and a sliver of vinegar. Well off in the background lurks malts, breadiness and faint echoes of a sour mash.

Bottle during RBWG 2015 in Tampa. Bus beer. Hazy to cloudy yellow color. This one is extremely tart, more tart than a berliner ought to be, imho.

Tap. Pours hazy pale golden, some lacing. Aroma is tart lemons, wheat and a bit of funk. Dirty dishrag? Flavor is medium tart, lemon and wheat, not much else. Could almost pass for lemon water. Too simple. Light body, high carbonation
