(Bottle) Golden colour with big, frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of fresh ginger, lemon and herbs. Fruity, tart taste with fresh ginger, lemon, herbs, oak wood, barnyard, green apple and a dry and tart finish with low bitterness and a slight ginger bite. Medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty, with a good ginger presence. Very nice.

Bottle at tasting. Slightly cloudy yellow with white head. Loads of citrus, almost yuzu like with some urinal cake. Ginger, wheat, some tartness. Good one!

Bottled 750ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized white head, ginger in the nose. Ginger and some lemony taste with notes of yeast and heavy carbonation. Dry finish. Bit one-dimensional but likable.

Tasting at Ash's, corked bottle
Cloudy golden colour. The ginger is quite evident, luckily there is also a strong funky note. Very good Lambic, aggressive, funky, with nice astringency; the mild ginger is distracting.
Very good.

750ml from Spirits of Mt. Seymor at Ash's shared with Alex, Andrey, and Phill. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: quite a ginger forward with some nice funk. Taste: along the same lines with some soapy notes. Overall: ok.

Bottle: Poured a bright golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with light ginger notes and some light funky yeast notes. Taste is also a good mix of ginger notes with some light funky yeast notes with some tart notes also noticeable. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation. Another enjoyable creation from a great Lambic producer.
