Bottle at tasting. Aroma of soft ginger, brett, funk, old orange hop and wheat. Taste has soft ginger, brett, funk, wheat, orangy hop, wheat, horseblanket and a funky spicey finish. Not bad.

18-01-20 // 750ml bottle shared with the local crew. 2017 bottled version. Clear golden. White head. Gret ginger nose. Well carbonated. Lambic sourish but more on the sweet side. Soft gonger spice. Very well balanced.

Wow I only moved this bottle forward, I hadn't even taken it out of the fridge and the top shot off including part of the glass neck. Picked this up from Dranken Geers Oostakker nr Ghent Belgium and consumed at home Attenkirchen, Wednesday 13th November 2019, listening to Steve Lamaqs Evening Session on 6Music and cooking Spaghetti Bolognese. Pours hazy light amber with a big frothy off white head. The aroma is musty, stale biscuits (ginger perhaps). Taste is like a very zappy saison, the ginger is pleasant but more powder than fresh root ginger. Despite not exactly lavishing it with praise, I really like this. I had the remainder of the 750ml bottle to myself, so probably had about 660ml.

Pleasantly mellow. Nice ginger in aroma, taste is easier going, light ginger, light sourness. Like it.

Edition 2017. many Thanks for this Lambic to Ewa Skorska. Thanks. Piana musujaca w typie piany uderzajacej wody spadajacego wodospadu Niagara, pomaranczowe metniste. Pachnie dzikusami, troche garbowana skora, i egzotycznymi przyprawami korzennymi typu kurkuma, imbir. W smaku cytrusowe, morelowe, kwaskowe, z pieszczotliwie lekko drapiacym imbirem, ale jest tu go w sam raz, idealnie, nie zdominowalo, choc ciagle, tzn za kazdym lykiem obecny. Pairing with asian foot and poured in orginal glass of Lindemans. Thanks Eva.

750 corked, shared. Aroma is ginger and stomach problems, floor cleaner in my cousin’s house growing up, floral, lemon, SweeTarts. Pours mostly clear golden with a two finger off white head with excellent retention. Tastes really sour (8/10), finishing lightly dry. Lots of ginger flavor. Good lambic, good lambic, that’s a good dog. Woof!

Bottle @ Slovak tasting 08/2019. Big, white, long lasting head. Colour is deep gold, hazy. Aroma is ginger, sour fruity, woody, caramel touch. Taste is medium malty base, spicy, ginger, bit caramel, sour fruity, higher carbonation, very nice bit too spicy yet fully enjoyed.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is very ginger forward with light notes of lemon, oak, barnyard funk and flowers. Pours a dull, dusty, golden straw color with a large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes slowly to the edges. Moderately high lacing and no legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with a medium light acidity. Tons of ginger flavor with light notes of lemon, oak, flowers and barnyard funk. Mouthfeel is a bit more viscous than your average lambic with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright lambic but very one dimensional and ginger forward. Tastes a lot like a ginger beer with a bit of alcohol mixed in.
