Served at a steakhouse in Vancouver’s suburbs, with an orange slice of all things. No real head, hazy yellow colour, okay aroma but nothing too interesting. Great thirst-quenching taste with fruitiness and some citrus notes. An above average hefeweizen.

Pours a crisp golden yellow. Aroma is wheat and citrus. Flavour is citrus, orange and yeast. Better than Rickard's Honey Brown, but not Red.

12 oz bottle from garthicus! Nose is lightly spicy wheat, fruitiness. and yeast with a light corriander and nutmeg note. Cloudy gold with a large glass lacing head. Flavor is citrusy with some spice and peaches. Actually not bad. Better than Blue Moon.

(bottle) uninspired, clumsy, insipid copy of a belgian white, living proof that Molson Coors still would not know what good beer is if it would bite them in the ass!

Draught in Tadoussac, Quebec. Cloudy straw clour with a dense white head; slightly citrus aroma, but lacking the usual character of a witbier; wheaty, refreshing flavour; but lacking any finish. Incredibly bland.

Bouteille 341ml.

12oz bottle-pours a white head and cloudy yellow color. Aroma is musty, funky yeast, wheat/light malt. Taste is wheat/light malt, spicy (coriander)/musty/citrus/earthy hops. Funky yeast. Light/medium body. Good effervescence. Thanks to MarkC for sharing.

Draught, Christie’s Carriage House
Cloudy dark yellow. Orangey, malty nose. The body starts full but almost immediately after the first liquid rolls down my throat the whole thing comes undone. Gasoline and spent grains come in, with a hint of citrus and precious little else. This is a bait and switch, the way it looks and smells like a decent wit but then ends up really sucking. Gimme sugar, gimme spice, gimme wheat and it’ll all be nice. Promise me that and then don’t deliver and I will not be a happy lad.

Bottle: Poured a light hazy whitish ale with a small foamy head with minimal retention. Aroma of coriander is more pronounced then I would have expected for a Molson product. Taste is a mix between some light wheat malt and well balance coriander and orange peel. Body was above average and I thought this was well spice overall. I never thought I would say this about a Molson products but this is well done and somewhat better then some other micros take on the style.
