Clean, mid-golden colour with a white cap, average retention and just a ring of foam. Some good herbal hoppy nose with a little malty spiciness. Then, the yeast really comes out. A crisp mouthfeel with a little stickiness, and mild dryness. Again, some good spicy notes in the flavours with the blending herbal hoppiness, and the Riwaka brightning up things. A good, refreshing German Pilsner with a New Zealand touch.

A lightly hazed golden pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with resinous piney hops with a herbal character. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with German piney hops, light mineral notes, light cereals, pleasant. On tap at Hautes Plaines location.
