Our take on a Belgian Classic. Expect a crisp, lively pale ale, with the characteristic interplay between fruit and gentle spice coming from the Belgian yeast. Our head brewer, Alex, was inspired by a trip to a Mauritian tea plantation, to add a splash of both Bergamot and Vanilla to the brew to enhance the fruitiness. Enjoy!

440ml can from Triple Point. Gluten Free. Golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of yeast, grains, herbal, clove, spices. Taste is rustic, malty, grain, farmhouse yeasty, herby, with cloves, spicy & fruity notes, some funk and tangy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying spiced earthy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Can. Mitchell’s Wines. Beautiful label. Lightly hazy orange gold. Very decent dense white head. Nose has full on spicy peppery yeast. Hops also come across spicy. Lots of herb and flora here. Nicely aromatic overall. Taste is light sweet with light bitterness. Foamy and easy going. Drinks easy at the 6.5%. Touch of bitterness, touch of dryness to finish. Nice one. Way cleaner and more drinkable than the ones a couple of miles away.
