Lõhnab peeruselt (väävel), maitses ka nats väävlit, aga muidu on magus, banaanine, nisune. Hais on jube, maitse okish. Kokku siis midagi vahepealset.

On tap at Sophie's Brauhaus, pours an opaque, cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is loaded with clove, plenty of banana esters, and wheaty notes. Flavour is more or less the same, with lots of banana notes, light clove, and some bubblegum. Brewed properly, just not really my thing.

Keg at the brewpub, 08/02/15. Hazed golden orange with a big old off white covering. Nose is yeast esters, banana, clove, caramel, spice. Taste comprises caramel, bready, clove, straw, yeast, spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough Hefe.

tap at the brewpub. dark yellow, cloudy color, big white head. smells yeasty, banan, cloves, spices. medium body, slick mouthfeel, spicy aste, cloves, light peppery, banana, quite bubbly, light dry / spicy finish.

Draft at the source. Cloudy orange yellow color, big white head. Aroma of raw bread dough, banana. taste has banana bread, light spice. OK.

Draught at BBF13. Cloudy, milky yellow colour. White head. OK refreshing flavour, banana, yeast, a little citrus. OK mouthfeel, but slightly watery finish. Not bad for the style.

Draught @ BBF13. Pours cloudy yellow with stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast and banana. Sourish and sweetish flavour of yeast and grain with distinct note of banana. Mild, sweetish finish. OK but rather anonymous.
