Il nous manquait une smoothie sour pour compléter notre release hivernal. Alors voici une super collaboration avec nos amis australiens de One Drop Brewing Co.! Nous avons utilisés une quantité déraisonnable de purées de différentes variétés de mangue et de pêche que nous avons ajouté à une bière sure. En plus, nous y avons ajouté une touche de vanille et de marshmallow. Le résultat est aussi spectaculaire que rafraîchissant avec des fruits qui apportent de la texture avec une touche sucré et acidulée.

Can: Poured an orange color smoothie sour with a small orange head with light retention and some lacing. Aroma of mango and vanilla notes with some tart notes is enjoyable. Taste is also a mix of mango notes and vanilla with some tart notes and little residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Enjoyable smoothie sour but less vanilla may have been better.

Orangy, yellow colour, with a real thick fruit purée, creating a sticky film around the glass. Mango and vanilla aromas with the peaches hidden in there, the marshmallows helping the vanilla touch. The mango shines again in the taste, with the peaches adding a sweet stone fruit hint, but very well blended in there. The vanilla is softer, lingering a tad with the mango purée. A decent sour flavour rounds up things. A refreshing, mango-hitting Smoothie Sour with some balanced vanilla.

A hazed orange mango juice with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of mango, vanilla, tropical fruit, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet mix of mango pulp, light acidity, light vanilla, pleasant. On tap at Hautes Plaines location.
