2 month old can > tulip glass. A: Pours a lovely pale crystal clear orange. 1 finger off-white head that lingers briefly with little lace. S: Light earthy floral hop, spruce and honeysuckle sweetness. T: A slight musty kolsch - esque note. Bitter hops round out the flavor nicely with a distinctive flat woody flavor. A tart fruity finish with malt sweetness making an appearance. Spruce, pine (someone else mentioned tea) along with subdued pith. Interesting and good. M: Light as expected at 4.4%. Short resinous finish lingers. Average carbonation level. O: Another SIPA that I like due to some distinctive qualities. It stands out from the pack with the earthy smell and taste. Very drinkable, tasty and refreshing.

Super crisp deep amber coloured body with a glow of copper and a nice two centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of fresh grapefruit and lemony hops with a touch of malt and alcohol noticeable and not much else. Light-bodied; Sharp lemon and fresh resinous flavour of hops up front with almost no malt at all and no assertive flavours or bitter notes. Aftertaste fades very quickly with the only dominate flavour being the lemony hops and a touch of grass. Overall, a pretty standard Light IPA with only the hops noticeable and no deep flavours or pungency detected at all. Overall, a nice Light IPA with some solid flavours that show up front that don’t cloy or last long at all - easy to drink and nicely showcased at first. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Whole Foods in Arlington (Clarendon), Virginia on 01-November-2014 for US$1,99 sampled at home in Washington on 19-February-2015.

Can (courtesy of Travlr). Orange malt and grapefruit peel aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Lightly sweet orange malt and moderately bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Palate very light. Minimal malt flavor - not a bad session beer.

Can from the source. Crystal clear bright golden color, fluffy white head that settles quickly to champagne bubbles. Nice aroma of meadow flowers. Taste is lightly bitter grass and flowers. Easy drinking. Went over well with the Thanksgiving Day crowd.

16oz pour at Whole Foods Clarendon. Pours a hazy gold with some spitty white head. Nose is a little mild, malty, a little root veg, mild grass, a little straw, some lemon. Flavor is crisp, malty, a little raw parsnip, lemon, grass, chive, soap. Crisp finish. Nice session beer.

Draft: Deliciously floral lilly bouquet. Clear amber, medium head, good lace. Lilly flavor, unmistakable. Nicely bitter. Exceeds expectations.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a large creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of floral, herbal hops with mild pale malts and a bit of a caramel note. The taste is floral and spicy hops and pale malts. Medium bodied, well balanced.
