Fairly clean, golden colour with an amber hue, a warmish white cap, good retention and thick patches of foamy lacing. Some grassiness in the nose with a bit of caramel malt, citrus, a tad funk and pineapples. The taste has a good amount of resinous notes, over soft malts, some citrusy zest and a little fruitiness. The bitterness does build with time, and some good dryness appears in the finish. Wow, quite a lot going on in here for a Pale Ale version of the West Coast.

A golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with resinous piney hops, grapefruit pulp, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous piney hops, grapefruit pulp, light cereals, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
