0.33 l bottle from ’Sterk Avondverkoop’, best before February 2019. Clear, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, not overly intense, fruity and slightly grassy aroma of pineapple, lemon and a touch of gooseberry. Slightly sweetish, moderately bitter, a bit salty and fruity-grassy taste of pineapple, lemon, some gooseberry and a touch of seaweed, followed by a short, very dry, medium bitter and moderately grassy finish with traces of salt. Thin to medium body, extremely effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Quite nice, at least refreshing, but another beer that suffers from way too much carbonation. Fortunately, the seaweed is not that prominent.
