Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours a rather blush color with a transient pinkish head. Aroma is funky. Might include berries. Med body. Flavor is woody, funky, berry. Not to mention that it’s pretty sour. Not distressingly so, but not one of those typical Berliner weisse types of thing. A bit astringent. It’s certainly something a sour freak should seek.

Sample at GABF 10/08/2016, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. This brew is a purplish-brown color with a bone white head that dissipates steadily. Strings of lacing. Berries, yeast and oak in the nose. Light-bodied with a tart berry character and notes of oak, malt and funky yeast. The finish is moderately tart with a blueberry aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Bottle. Pours a purplish color with a fizzy look to it. Aromas of band aids, funk and horse (maybe even without the blanket). Flavor is horsey and band aid heavy with a hint of berries. This is the second \"sour\" I have had from New Holland and both have been pretty big disappointments. There is very little tartness or sourness and a lot of bad attempts at funk.

22oz bottle thanks to Steve. Pours out a light pinkish topped with a small head. Nose is light sour tart some berries and a little sweetness. Taste is more of the berries and nice light tartness.

22 oz. bottle, pours a hazy peachy pink with a small white head. Aroma is berry heavy, with lots of berry skins and oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart black and blueberries, with light acidity. Not a whole lot of complexity, but it works okay. Meh.

Pours Deep ruby into a tulip. Pink head crackles and recedes to nothing. Tart blueberry and blackberry aromas. Dry and thin with tart lactic blue and blackberries upfront turning to aspirin before the lasting aspirin finish.

Old notes. Pours kind of a pinkish orange color. It has a pleasant tart, fruity aroma. The flavor is funky, fruity, and tart, and also very tasty. Well done.

22 oz bottle bottle split by Willrunforbeer, superstar! Nice ruby/ purple like color with thin head in a chalice. Aroma has Berry medley thing going for it; blackberry, raspberry, cherry and cranberry.

The flavor is just as nice as the aroma. The berries are balanced with some mild a mild oak, traces of lemon with a very nice dry texture. The sour and tart notes are held down by the Berry flavors. Very nicely balanced. I enjoyed this and would recommend seeking it out for anybody that likes fruit sours.
