17 August 2019. At Gents Bierfestival X. Cheers to Anke, Kevin & the crew! Clear orange-reddish with a lasting, small, pinkish head. Aroma of raspberry, redcurrant, wheat, red yoghurt, sourdough. Taste is light to medium fruity sour, notes of redcurrant, cranberry, sweetish raspberry & strawberry, rather low on lemon & wheat; quite tart in the finish with lingering red fruit & yoghurt, restrained bready effect. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Enjoyable Berliner Weisse.

Bottle. Pale blonde. Apple and tea leaves in the herbal hoparoma. Thin, pleasant sourness. Gooseberries, apple, tea leaves. Soft herbal finish. Thin. Nice!

A touch of light spicy woody and sour citrus. Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Touch of lemon peel and melon. Touch of wood again. Complex for what it is.

Pale greyish sort of colour. Light passionfruit, with a bit of yeastiness, maybe oxidation. It's decent, light-bodied, but not as clean as I'd like.

330mL bottle, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out soapy dry hops upfront, with some citrus and lacto. Flavour is not exactly on point, with soapy floral notes, tart citrus, and lacto. Lacking body and integration, but for the ABV, it's solid enough.

Helder lichtgeel bier zonder schuim. Smaak is zuur en fruitig met iets van citrus, bessen en ietwat ananas.

Sampled from tap at 'Holy Craft Beer Bar'. Slightly hazy, pale straw yellow with a white head. Sourish, very fruity aroma of lemon, rhubarb, some gooseberry and a touch of wheat. Quite sour, very fruity, a bit spicy taste of lots of lemon, rhubarb, some gooseberry and traces of wheat, followed by a short, rather tart, dry and a bit spicy finish. Thin to medium body, quite astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pretty nice Berliner Weisse, not too sour, nicely fruity and therefore pretty refreshing while still being quaffable. Great for that abv!
