Hazy orange and light copper coloured body with a rich, super thick, seven centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of alcohol, grapefruit, hops, earth, citrus, oranges, curacao and a bit of honey. Medium to Full-bodied; Strong rich orange and hop flavours with a good deal of malt, alcohol, earth, citrus and some bitter grapefruit all noticeable, along with a pungent alcohol burn and some subtle sweetness. Aftertaste shows the bitterness from the alcohol and citrus with a good hop flavour and some deeper malt than expected. Overall, a nice rich beer with a lot of flavour, some subtle bitterness and sweetness noticeable along with some citrus, earth and pungent hops. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from New Beer Distributors in New York, New York on 01-July-2016 for US$8,25 sampled at home in Upstate New York in New Paltz, New York on 23-July-2016.

Bottle at home 2015 version. Kinda odd coloration of dirty blonde fine head. Nose is citrus fruits but not as much as name implies. Tastes of grapefruit, blood orange, caramel, malt, and odd touch of plastic. Mouthfeel is fruit juicy. Decent but something isn’t jumping for me.
