Hazy golden color, sunny-bright, with small head. Flowery and fruity aroma, tropical, creamy. The mouthfeel is dry but not too weak, it has some malt flavor, with an impression of straws, correct bitterness, with citrus peel; I sense some Sorachi Ace or similar. Balanced.
Good and spot-on as sIPA.

Light tan, slightly mushroomy slight peach nose. Light body, tropical papaya and pineapple notes. Mellow pale malts. Light ISA but not bad.

Bouteille 355ml, gracieuseté de wilco, Thanks Mike! Couleur jaune dorée légèrement trouble, mousse blanc cassé laissant une fine dentelle. Arôme de houblon résineux, malt, pamplemousse, touche d’ananas. Goût de houblon résineux, malt mielleux, pamplemousse, peu d’amertume. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen. Une belle bière de soif.

(On tap at the Grad Club, Kingston ON, April 9 2014). Pours a clear golden orange with a small white bubbly cap. Aroma is pretty decent, a bunch of grapefruit rind with some citrus flesh and tropical fruit, just a little grain and pale malt. On the tongue, grapefruit hops of weak to moderate strength at first, bit of tropical fruit, some clean pale malt sweetness. Light to moderate pith bitterness from the middle through the finish, pale malt with a little caramel, becomes quite grainy. Body fairly light, moderate carb. I think it does what it’s supposed to do fairly decently. If I were looking for a low ABV hoppy beer I’d go for a light APA with bigger hop characters and less grain, which I found distracting. Otherwise, a "real" IPA is preferred. Not for me, but certainly not objectionable either.

Not even sure what this is supposed to be. More like a pale ale than an IPA. Comes together ok. Pours orange without any head or lacing. Decent bitter finish. Some pine and grapefruit with light bitter finish. Low carbonation. Stick with the Mad Tom. Tap at Winterbrewed.

A hazed golden amber ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt over grassy catty hops, resinous, light citrus touch. In mouth, nice biscuit malt with citrusy and catty hops, smooth and quaffable. On tap at Winterbrewed 2014.

Pours a hazy golden colour with an average white cap, almost creamy and leaves good thick and patchy lacing. Oranges and grapefruit aromas all mixed with nice grain. The taste is pretty much the same, but just a little lighter. Wet mouthfeel, but not as lightly-bodied as I expected, with decent stickiness. A very nice, easy-drinking mild IPA with lots of bite for such a low alcohol brew. Probably the best beer, under 5% ABV., I have had in a while.

Bottle from the Beer Store.Pours a hazy light straw colour with a one finger off white head that leaves a bit of lace. Nose is grass and tropical fruits and some light pine. Taste is light sweet malts and an excellent blend of light bitter citrus. Quite light mouth but the soft carbonation and the mild bitter finish make it quite easy drinking. Was expecting to be underwhelmed, but this delivers exactly what they advertise.
