Tap at the brewery taproom. Williamsburg Virginia. A hazed brushed gold coloured pour with a a sticky white head. Aroma is semi sweet, earthy citrus grass. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, lemon rind, green mango, green citrus, white grape, numbing hop oils, grains palate is grassy, numbing hop oils, moderate fine carbonation. Good.

Draft: Poured a coppery unclear golden with a white lacing head. Aroma is hoppy, floral and fruit, grain. Taste is hops bitter, fruity, citrus, floral, mellow malty finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange gold with medium white head. The aroma is floral and fruity malt. Medium body, yeast, spice, fruity malt, light dry finish, good.

On tap at Strangeways, pours an opaque peachy orange with a small white head. Aroma is very hoppy for a biere de mars, with dank dry hopping and barely a trace of farmhouse character. Flavour confirms, with pithy stone fruits and dank hops. Very fruity and tastes nothing like a farmhouse beer. Okay.

32oz growler and also on tap at the brewery, pours a hazy gold/orange with some cloudy, white head. Nose is quite nice, really straddling the line between IPA and saison, some apricot, orange, grass, candy, perfume, some green melon. Flavor has a kiss of candy sweetness, honey too, then grass, soap, perfume, herbs, melon, apricot, orange, tangerine. Finishes dry and bitter.

Bottle @ Saturday night tasting - The Stein & Vine. Thanks Chad. Dorée léger trouble, col blanc. Arôme est fleuri rappelant le sureau, note de vin blanc de la barrique, moyen impression de feuilles en rétro. Rétro rustique avec pas mal de bonnes notes sortant des houblons. Plais est fruité, pas mal d’agrumes, note de vin blanc et léger épicé boisé de chêne. Épais avec une belle impression de tropical et notamment de citra.

Poured from a bottle at a Boole share in DC it is a cloudy golden with a foamy head the aroma is citrus and the taste is sour with overtones of tart grapefruit it resonates metallic on the palate
