Cloudy yellow pour and foamy head from bottle. Malt and cereal over grass. Choppy bite to finish. OK.

Hazy golden coloured body with a very yellow glow, and a nice three centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of lemons, yeast, wort, light spices, hay, grass and a good amount of hops. Light-bodied; Sharp malt flavour at first with a noticeable citrus and lemon flavour coupled with some very grassy and herbal notes and a hint of minerals near the end. Aftertaste shows a light hop character of grass and herbs with some subdued bitterness from the minerals and a touch of sweet citrus notes at the end. Overall, a nice and refreshing beer for sure, with solid flavours and a nice profile. That said, it’s not something worth searching out for, unless you really like this style - there are far better beers for almost any occasion for much cheaper. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Arrowine in Arlington, Virginia for US$8,99 on 02-June-2014 sampled at home here in Washington on 04-September-2014.

Bottle shared by a kind soul at Beer Keyaki. A cloudy light gold pour with a slight white head. An earthy bitter slightly spicy taste that makes for quite a good table beer - great label. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours pale yellow with a nice head. Dry, grassy hops fairly strong, very fresh grain aroma, all light pils malt flavor, prickly light feel, lemons, very refreshing.

22 ounce bottle into lager glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release. Pours lightly hazy golden straw color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of lemon zest, pear, apple, cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, pepper, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of hops, pale malt, and earth yeast notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon zest, pear, apple, cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, pepper, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Moderate amount of earthy herbal/pepper bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon zest, pear, apple, cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, pepper, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance and robustness of pale malt, hops, and earthy yeast flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice Czech pils style. All around good balance of pale malt, spicy hops, and earth yeast flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Bottle @ home. Gusher. Pours a pale yellow appearance with a thin off white head. Poor carbonation after the geyser opening. Aroma is full of DMS. Complete cream corn and stewed cauliflower. Shit. Twangy, chewy grainy flavor. Fairly Dry. Floral hoppy flavor. Unfortunately, the flavor is also completely overrun with DMS and corn. Gross and ridiculously overpriced which means I’m not in the market for a re-rate any time soon.
