22 oz. bottle. Hazy pale yellow color, thin soapy head. Aroma is indeed a pilsner. Floral, herbal and hints of grass.
Flavor is spot on the style. Cereal grain body withMineral water, fresh cut grasses and floral hop bitterness in the finish. Texture is light dry hay. Body is light and crisp.
Really well crafted and has a rustic feel to it. Much better then I would have guessed. I’m not a huge drinker of this style but I got to say this is real refreshing.

appearance is quite cloudy, sticky icky white head. Nose is very nice. Lots of wheat, yeast nose, some great tastes here. very sticky, hints of pine and fruitiness. spicy, rind like that of a tangerine. Really drinkable. Enjoying this one. uber fresh and served just above fridge temp.

Tap. Pours flat golden, medium white head, dissipates fairly quickly, decent lacing. Aroma is yeast, grass, biscuit. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, quite floral, liner bitter floral finish. Medium body creamy mouthfeel. Interesting.

Bottle. Pours with a lightly hazed rich golden hued body with a large, foamy white head. Great retention and lace. Aromas are grainy, and toasty with a hint of DMS, floral hops, noble like, grassy and a touch minty. Low yeast character. Flavors are medium bitter, floral, minty, grassy, earthy hop character. Medium toasted malt, clean with a bit of a grassy finish. Not quite as crisp as I was hopping for, but quite tasty none the less. Fuller carbonation with a medium body.

22 oz bomber purchased at MDL in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is a hazed golden yellow with a one inch white head that is lasting. The aroma is fresh cereal grain, hay, bright spice and earth hop. The taste is a fresh bright and clean blend of cereal grain, hay, the spice hop and mineral earth in the finish. The palate is light bodied, crisp carbonation and the dry mineral slate finish. Crisp and dry. Well done, directly up my alley at the moment.
