Slay Queen is a bold, uncompromising West Coast IPA, brewed to celebrate International Women’s Day 2026.
Packed with punchy pine, citrus and resinous hops, this beer is all about clarity, confidence and attitude — no haze, no nonsense. Inspired by Buffy the Vampire Slayer, it’s a tribute to strength, independence and taking on the darkness head-on (stake optional).
Hopped with Amarillo, Centennial, Chinook, Simcoe

Resinous bitter hoppy with pine needles, some citrusy orange and a touch of peach, toasted semi sweet malts, medium body, piney light sticky resinous bitter hoppy into the close. Nice WC action and another great supermarket find from these guys.

Nice little westie. Soft piney accents, good citrus, pale bread, sun-kissed malt, tangerine, ripening lemon. Well balanced. Highly drinkable.

Keg at Heidrun, HWY, 03/04/2026.
Moderately hazed golden amber topped with an off white head.
Nose is orange zest, grass, melon, grapefruit.
Taste comprises light pine, citric tinged straw, grass, melon, grapefruit, touch of caramel.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with mellow hop bitterness.
Not bad.

Let's See How Many Brew York Taproom Beers I Can Get Through Before The Train Home, Beer#2. Appears lighter than your regular West Coast style, but certainly tastes like one, with good body, a nice sweetness complimenting its hops, and a palatable enough texture. Resin and pine really come to the fore in a lingering aftertaste.
