Huge thanks Marko for sharing this! Pours murky, with poor and frothy white head. Mangy hops, fruity - peach with hints of smoke. Peach and banana flavors after a sip, no coriander? Rich flavor, full taste, not very good, but rich. Not a wit, but ok for a wheat beer.

Dec ’14. A 0.33 l bottle courtesy of Marko, great thanks for sharing! It poured hazy golden body with a small head. Fresh yeast, lemon and coriander aroma. Flavor was weak, chalky, a bit bitter herbal and citrusy, but with pleasant coriander presence did not feel too empty body feeling like most of the style representatives do. Finish was a bit bitter, a bit more than the flavor and also propelled by the carbonation, making it longer, but also harsher. Quite fine for a wit.

Kabinet Wit pours a somewhat cloudy gold with a seriously massive head of foam. This beer has my least favorite label from Kabinet as along with the Vista IPA it doesn’t follow the others aesthetic. Then again this was the only 500ml bottle I got as well. Served in a weizen glass, the nose is initially a bit earthy before settling into a more floral bubblegum & lighlt fruity clove aroma. That floral bubblegum brings to mind that mini-chiclet type purple gum. Smooth soft pillowy texture but the flavor is of a beer that has gone off - a bit metallic with a bitter chalk finish that overlays fruity/floral & clove flavors. Drinkable but am not sure if it has gone bad or if it is supposed to taste this way. It grows on you but remains off. My least favorite Kabinet beer. A shame to end my tasting on this one but oh well, c’est la vie...

Bottled 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him and others. Cloudy golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, coriander in the nose. Coriander, orange peel, quite strong hop bitterness with notes of spices and yeast. Somehow pretty faint notes of banana. Not bad.

Another part of Matt’s most generous package! Poured a misty golden-yellow body with a medium sized, lasting white head. The yeasty aroma starts off sweet and fishy, coriandrish and lemony, yeasty, later on more fruity/citric. Ok enough. Bitter-forward herbal wit, too well carbonated, slightly citric, slightly soapy. OK but rough, a slightly rougher version of Visibaba’s wit, but not a bad beer.

30/XI/14 - 33cl bottle @ home - BB: 6/II/15 (2014-1451) Thanks to markoijelena for the bottle!
Cloudy beige to blond beer, creamy irregular white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, pretty citric, bit spicy, some banana. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: spicy start, lots of coriander, bitter touch, fruity, citrus, grapefruit, bit of exotic fruits. Aftertaste: bitter, citrus, grapefruit, grassy, hoppy, dry, bit spicy. Really well done wit, although more like a white ipa if you have to be honest. Or was I just really really thirsty? :p

Bottle courtesy of ippopotamo36, thank you sir! Hazy to cloudy yellow color, bright white head, delicate lacing. Aroma has huge banana and citrus bubblegum, subtle spice. Taste has mostly spice, coriander and subtle nutmeg, with some pepper and lemon. Not bad.

Purchased in Belgrade, consumed in Kosovo. Pours yellow, bit hazy, white minimal foam. Nose: spicy, peppery, grainy, lemon, bit of banana. Mouth: highly carbonated (a bit too much), but nice. There is a nice lemony feel and some sourness. Best Kabinet! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
