Draft at Festival der Bierkulturen, Cologne. Near clear golden orange with barely any head. Aroma of malt, light fruits and light herbal notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle at FdB Köln 2017. Clear, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity and a bit floral aroma of honey, lemon and some straw. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity and a bit floral taste of honey, citrus, some straw and a touch of grains, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grainy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Bottle 330ml. w. swing top. [ As Lahnsteiner Maibock ].ABV: 8.0%. Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, grass - citrus - grape. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt, citrus, grass - grapes, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160625]

330 ml bottle at Ulfborg. Unclear yellow golden color with white to off white head. Malty and hoppy aroma, grass, pine, citrusy fruity. Sweet and bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Festival der Bierkulturen. Fast klare dunkel goldene Farbe, mittelgroße weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch getreidig süß malzig, leicht hopfig. Geschmack getreidig süß malzig, getreidig bitter, naja.
