Light it up… but keep it clean. Cypress Pils is our West Coast Pilsner inspired by the legendary Cypress Hill.
Built on a crisp, classic pilsner base, this beer brings West Coast attitude with bold, expressive hops. Expect bright citrus and pine, a touch of resin, and a subtle floral edge, all riding over clean, crackery malt. The finish is dry, snappy, and confidently bitter — clear-headed, but just a little insane in the brain.
”Somebody ordered the London Symphony Orchestra... Cypress Pils, I’m looking in your direction!”

Let's See How Many Brew York Taproom Beers I Can Get Through Before The Train Home, Beer#5. Manageable clean tasting Pils, with sugars dominating its aftertaste, which gets pretty tasty at this point.
