Can at home, from HOTM online, 09/05/2026.
Almost clear golden orange topped with a lasting white crown.
Nose is orange pith, grapefruit, grass, mandarin.
Taste comprises citric tinged straw, grapefruit, pine needle, mandarin, grass, hint of stone fruit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spliced with juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy WC affair.

440ml can. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of grapefruit, orange and lemon, mango. Taste of orange and grapefruit, citrus peel, quite piney, moderate bitterness. Medium bodied.
Nice to see SOMA brew something that isn't a NEIPA but ironically this still turned out looking like one - not a fan of that look for this style. Didn't find this sweet like others said it was, thought the bitterness was decent actually.

opalescent pale golden colour, moderate sized dense ecru-ish head; aroma of pine resiny, grapefruity, lemon zesty, orange peeil oils, tangerine, peach jam, some canned pear and lemongrassy notes; hoppy taste with similar notes to the aroma; really good one!

Can from Øltanken Aabyhøj @ Home. Pours almost clear golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, fruity hops, citrus, light pine. Flavor is light sweet light bitter, malt, fruity hops, citrus, light piney. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. A rare letdown from SOMA. 190426

First Soma WC for me and not sure on this, does have a “slight” bitter edge but very sweet for me, sweet malts, medium body, light bitter hoppy finish. Much prefer their NEIPAs but fair play for "trying" to lean west here at least (even if has not worked as intended imho)

Clear golden orange with a white head. Tropical fruits, toasty oats, sweet, fruity. Medium bodied. Finish is oat sweet and tropical fruits. No bitterness.
This is not a WCIPA, though Soma markets it as such. This is a NEIPA that had a lot of the hazy particles filtered out. I had my hopes up that Soma would finally brew something other than a NEIPA but they suck so of course they didn’t.
