On tap @BoldRockAVL. Taster. Pale, generic, lacy, gold. Crystal clear. Okay, generic apple, sweet, almost maple nose. Syrup oxidation, still insanely sweet. Low acid, low tart. Very disappointing. Soda consistency. Noticed the booze a bit more here. Carbonation dropped here also. Bartender didn't notice variable co2 anywhere. No thanks.

Draft at Snallygaster 2017. Poured a clear golden yellow color. Apple aroma, some light dry champagne. Flavor was light sweet apples. Some dry character that adds some nice crispness. Decent.

Bottle. Milky apple and straw aroma. Golden yellow with moderate effervescence. Lightly sweet creamy apple juice and lightly bitter hay flavor. Unique.

Dry apple aroma, hints of olive and soap. Crystal clear pale yellow, some carbonation. Semi-sweet apple flavor, tart, less fresh than the non-premium offering from this cidery. A touch of olive in the finish. Balanced, soft carbonation. Not bad, but for the price paid it should be much better.

750 mL bottle from Beer Run. Pours a clear golden color with a large fizzy white head. Decent head retention for a cider, but it does fade quickly. Aroma of tart, dry apples, sweet apples, grainy pear and the faintest tannic note. The taste is pretty sweet and syrupy apples with a dry lightly tannic finish. Medium bodied with a lingering tartness. Strong effervescence. Decent.
