The three young men at the helm of Vermouth Sullivan - Florian, Vincent and Paul - launched their production of traditional vermouth in 2021 in Besançon, located in eastern France. By macerating a blend of herbs, plants, and roots in 60-proof alcohol, they’ve dreamed up two elixirs to blend with our beer.
The first macerate, made from gentian, rhubarb root, wormwood, coriander, juniper, sage, and many other herbs, was blended at a concentration of 3.5% with a two-year-old Lambic to create Artémis La Blanche.

Armsby draught, 4/25/26.
Funky, herbal, spicy nose, nice! Unlike the Rouge, this one actually has a bit of barnyard to it, and the spicing is a bit more prominent. The lambic is low in acid, again, however, with well-aged/rounded character. Very bright and approachable.
Funky and herbal in the mouth with, again like the Rouge, a super round, easygoing, well-aged lambic of low acidity. But there's funky barnyard and Brett here (not tons, but some) which adds complexity and interest. Drier than the Rouge, but far from bone dry. Very well-balanced and approachable/drinkable stuff.

On tap at Four Winds Beach House. Pours murky dull gold with a white head. Manure and vermouth botanicals on the nose. Flavour has some bitter botanicals up front, a touch of manure, some leather. Very interesting profile, well executed.

Spicy, tart and vinous with some funky sourness, herbal earthiness, dry bitterness and hints of farmyardy yeastiness. Quite herbal and spicy, but pretty tasty

15cl draft @ ML Fontainas, Zwanze 2026.
Note délicate des herbes.

From tap at Ammutson during Zwanze Day. Orange body, with a big, yellowish head.
Aroma of spices, flowers, citrus, herbs, some wood, subtle funk. Tastes quite similar, while even more complex, with a crisp bitterness.
Medium mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes medium bitter, moderate acidic, citric, herbal,a bit funky, a bit wooden.
Beautiful, enoyed this a bit more than the red version. I love the bitterness here which balances out the spicy and rustic notes, drinks so fresh and crisp. Less funky than your typical Cantillon, but it's not missing here.
