Tap @ MBBC, Copenhagen, 2017. Pours black with a creamy beige head and lacings. Roast, chocolate and wood. Heavy wood and alcohol warmth. Dryish spicy finish.

Sampled at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017. Pitch black pour with a tall tan head. Notes of cinnamon, peppers, oak barrel, chocolate, cocoa. A bit too spicy, but ver nice nonetheless.

Nice brown slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet mineraly, dark malts, dark sugar, cinnamon, cocoa, oak, minerals, alcohol, chocolate, toffee, grass, raisins, hints of grassy chilies. Taste is slightly dry mineraly, dark malts, mild grassy chilies, cocoa, cinnamon, grass, oak, alcohol, toast, dark chocolate, hay, toffee, raisins. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mineraly mouthfeel with a nice warming chili touch. Nice.

From tap. Pours pitch black with a small brown head. Aroma is vanilla, roasted malt and toffee. Sweet dark malty, canilla and slight wooden. Sweet and toasted malty, slight caramelish and toffee. Dark malty into a sweet finish.

Tap @MBCC2017, Green Session. Black, thick light tan head. Cinnamon and roast aroma. Smooth, spicy flavour, cinnamon, light chili and cocoa. Light barrel notes, but almost masked by the chili.

As Westbrook 2016 Cabernet BA Mexican Cake (11%). black color, small coffee colored head. smells of cinnamon, berry notes, cocoa, bitter chocolate. very very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of cinnamon, bitter chocolate, berry notes, some chilis, some light sweetness. finishes lightly sweet with notes of cinnamon, bitter chocolate and some berry notes and a light chili burn. very very nice and smooth beer. 9, 4, 9, 5, 19

Tap, mbcc, green session. Pretty much black in color with a thick light brown head. Cake, vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon in aroma. Cinnamon cake, vanilla, malts and chocolate, some light chili burn. excellent.
